        Consultation Fee Scale

 

The following fees are subject to change and final confirmation:-

 

1.  Fees of Professional Construction Feng Shui Services
     (建造風水專業服務收費)

1.1  Residential (住宅)：HK$8 – HK$15 per sq. ft. Gross Construction Floor Area
                                      (Minimum Charge per job: HK$2,800)
    (Note: Fees will be negotiable if the Gross Construction Floor Area is  greater than 2,000 sq. ft.)
    
1.2  Factory (工廠)： HK$9 – HK$12 per sq. ft. Gross Construction Floor Area
                                 (Minimum Charge per job: HK$3,500)
    (Note: Fees will be negotiable if the Gross Construction Floor Area is greater than 5,000 sq. ft.)

1.3  Office (寫字楼)： HK$10 – HK$18 per sq. ft. Gross Construction Floor Area
                                  (Minimum Charge per job: HK$3,800)
    (Note: Fees will be negotiable if the Gross Construction Floor Area is greater than 3,000 sq. ft.)
   
1.4  Shop (商舖)： HK$15 – HK$25 per sq. ft. Gross Construction Floor Area
                              (Minimum Charge per job: HK$3,800)
    (Note: Price will be negotiable if the Gross Construction Floor Area is greater than 2,000 sq. ft.)

1.5  Graveyard Feng Shui Survey (陰宅勘察)：Fees Negotiable

 

 

2.     Fees of Professional Services for Eight-Character Destiny Prediction, Selection of Good  Fortune Date, I-Ching Prediction of Event, Creation of Good Fortune Name (八字命理、擇日、問卦、及改名，專業服務收費)

 

2.1  Eight Character Destiny Prediction for Whole Life (八字一生及大運全批)： HK$2,200 per Job.

2.2  Eight Character Destiny Prediction for Current Year (八字看流年)：HK$1,000 per Job.

2.3  Selection of Good Fortune Date (擇日)：HK$1,000 per Job.

2.4  Creation of Good Fortune Name (五行改名)：HK$1,380 per Job.

 

2.5  I-Ching Prediction of Event (問卦) ：HK$380 per Job.

 

2.6  Good Fortune Opening Ceremony for 

       House / Office / Shop / Factory (旺宅開光)：HK$2,800 per Job.
